Beaver Scouts are the youngest members of the Scouting family. They are boys and girls aged 6-8 years.
The Beaver moto is ‘Fun and Friends’.
They usually meet each week in a Beaver Scout Colony.
Beavers undertake a varied and balanced programme and work towards a range of badges. They get to know about themselves, the Scouting family, their local community and the wider world. They play games, listen to stories and make things. Beavers visit places and take part in “Beaver Sleepovers”.
Most of all Beaver Scouts (and their leaders and helpers) have FUN!
